The Loch Cluanie Munros

Kintail is a hillwalker's paradise. With so many breathtaking days out in such a small area, it can be difficult to choose and these hills often get forgotten. We don't know why though as they are absolutely beautiful and are realatively low effort when compared with some of the big Kintail days!

We'll start by ascending Carn Ghluasaid on a reasonable stalkers path before it peters out. A linear out and back sees us traverse this fine ridge and attain another two Munros, Sgurr nan Conbhairean and Sail Chaorainn before returning back to the car park either the way we came or via Meall Breac as an alternative, depending on how the day goes.

We've graded this adventure as blue because although these Munros cover a similar distance and ascent to other walks in Kintail, the terrain is less steep and a bit more forgiving. You'll still need a good level of fitness.
