Swim + Hike Weekend

Join us for a weekend of outdoor swimming in the Cairngorm National Park. 

We'll meet on Friday for a social evening including introductions, a dook in the loch and a loch side sauna.

Our Saturday will begin with an energising yoga session with local teacher Linda (Yoga Cairngorms). We'll then have a relaxed day swimming in a local loch. Our qualified swimming coaches will support you in developing technique and there will be paddle support. 

On Sunday, we'll hike to the stunning and remote Loch Avon before changing into our swim kit and getting in! The walk is approximately 7km and there is around 500m of ascent to reach the loch. This will be physically challenging but our swim spot is idyllic! Our hike guide will be on the shore making sure that there are warm drinks for everyone when they get out!
