Gulvain Bike + Hike

A great bikeable track leads just over 6km into the foot of Gulvain. This means the total hiking distance is only 9km! That said there is 1100m of ascent to cram into that distance. Gulvain is a steep but beautiful one!

We've graded this route blue because it's a relatively short day if you utilise the bike. The hike is very steep and there is almost no level ground once we leave the bikes. If you are not a regular cyclist you might find it a bit more challenging (red).
