Derry Cairngorm & Beinn Mheadhoin

There are dozens of route variations to get to the summits of the two Munros of Derry Cairngorm and Beinn Mheadhoin. All are quite long but our route can be shortened significantly with a bike. We'll be starting from Linn o' Dee and riding out bikes as close to the Hutchison Memorial Bothy as we can. From here it's a relatively short walk to the stunning Loch Etchachan. We'll hike both hills as out and backs returning to the loch each time. Beinn Mheadhoin in particular is a memorable hill owing to the huge granite tors on the summit that can be scrambled
