Glen Coe

About the event

Bidean nam Bian is the highest mountain in Argyll. Despite the Buachaille being the most photographed and talked about hill in Glen Coe, the Bidean is Glen Coe's finest mountain (in my books anyway!). There is much debate about the origin of the name of this mountain but my favourite is "chief of the hills." It reflects the majesty and history of the area perfectly. We'll be heading here first before crossing over to Stob Coire Sgreamhach then descending to the infamous Hidden Valley.
