Ben Nevis via the CMD Arete

Ben Nevis is Scotland's highest mountain and it deserves to be seen from the North. Hiking up the Mountain Path is fine but doesn't seem fitting for such an incredible mountain. The North Face of Ben Nevis is spectacular and is home to dozens of climbing routes. Hiking in towards the CIC Hut (a private mountaineering hut used by climbers), gives a real sense of adventure and shows off the most dramatic side of the mountain.
