Beinn Dearg

Join us for our last bike + hike adventure of 2026!

Beinn Dearg is probably the most isolated of the Perthshire Munros but with a bike it doesn't feel it. We'll ride in on great estate tracks to the foot of the hill before finishing off on foot. The return bike ride can be made via a different track to complete a lovely circuit.

Distance: 8km (+22km bike)

Ascent: 400m (+400-560m bike depending on return route)

We've graded this adventure as blue because the cycling isn't too challenging and it takes a huge distance off the walk. That said, you'll still need to be fit enough to cover the distance on your bike. Suitable for mountain bikes and confident riders with hybrid/gravel bikes.
